Day 23: Blue Mind With Ai Chi

Hi Everyone...

I am actually certified in Tai Chi for Wellness & Tai Chi in a Chair. This is an interesting piece on Ai Chi...Aquatic Tai Chi. :-) Injured soldiers in Virginia are using it to help with their recovery. Tai Chi helps with blood flow, flexibility, balance, breathing and muscles which are weak and stiff. Water really is Medicine!
